If you are interested in taking part in the seminar, it is mandatory to send an email to oberpriller@math.lmu.de. We will distribute the topics in the first seminar session on April 17, 2024.
The aim of the seminar is to jointly study the main aspects of insurance mathematics and financial risk and the underlying relevant probabilistic theory. To do so, we work with the text book “Risk and Insurance” by Sørensen Asmussen and Morgens Steffensen.
Master students who would like to take part in the seminar will present a paper on a related current research topic or present more advanced content from the book.
